A strategic communication and digital marketing expert with 7 years of experience, Océanne N’guessan works on projects with a strong social and international dimension. She supports institutions and organizations in structuring their communication strategies, enhancing the visibility of their projects, and producing multi-channel content.

In 2024, she joined the Global Development group as Communication and Digital Marketing Officer. In this role, she deploys her versatility and expertise to strengthen the visibility of the group’s entities: Hydroconseil, Urbaconsulting, Nexsom and Ekoya. She efficiently manages the group’s digital presence while producing strategic documents aligned with communication and commercial objectives.

Océanne also plays a key role in supporting the group’s clients by assisting them in the development of their communication and marketing strategies and proposing solutions that enhance the visibility of their projects and initiatives. She supports them in creating visual and editorial materials (brand guidelines, brochures, infographics, institutional presentations, digital content and videos), ensuring graphic consistency and message clarity. Trained in graphic design, she is regularly mobilized for the creation of visual identities and creative materials, combining artistic direction, institutional coherence and visual impact.

She has notably contributed to the promotion of international projects in Africa, Latin America and the Indian Ocean region through the production of multilingual institutional content, visual materials, and the structuring of communication strategies adapted to local contexts, including change management approaches.
