Project Description

These urban and social project management assignments are implemented as part of urban redevelopment operations in mixed-use neighbourhoods characterized by informal settlements and significant levels of social, economic and administrative vulnerability.

The assignment supports EPFAM in the implementation and monitoring of the rehousing and integration of households and businesses affected by redevelopment projects, from the initial project stages through to the effective rehousing of beneficiaries.

The approach combines social, economic and technical assessments to identify appropriate housing solutions and support pathways, with the objective of achieving sustainable rehousing whenever possible.
